Ok, you have fiddled with FMS, experimented with EFIS and raved about RNAV. However, take all that glass gadgetry away and what are you left with? Can you use the fundamentals of navigation (time, heading & groundspeed) to make your destination? Are you up to the challenge?

 

See breath-taking scenery in the Victorian Highlands as you make this flight to Mt. Hotham airport, the highest airfield in Australia. Use "dead reckoning" (deduced reckoning) and VFR navigation principles to track between waypoints. Full ATC and on-board instructor (qualified Commercial Pilot) included.
 

Here is a brief overview of some of the features in this ATC adventure UPDATED!:

  • This flight is in "real time", ie. all checklist items must be performed
