At Mahan Air we have the goal to rank as a leader in

in service training for cabin attendants, ongoing training for management and

Route
Network
Mahan Air operates an extensive scheduled international
route network:

From 6 major Iranian cities to Damascus and Dubai

Jaddeh is linked to 3 major Iranian cities
·
Tehran to Seoul, Bangkok, Sarajevo and Istanbul (seasonal) are served on
regular basis.

Delhi is to join our destinations in 2001

Air Currently serves an 6 point domestic network.
Fleet

Recognizing that fleet is
one of the key factors contributing to success in the air transport business,
we have initiated our long term fleet modernization plan to operate an all
western pax fleet with the aim of increasing fuel efficiency and safety
level, reduce maintenance requirements and enable the company to compete
successfully in the ever changing industry. We have put emphasis on introducing Airbus A-300
service aircraft for the superb payload range and passenger appeal it offers in
covering our regional and longer routes to Europe and the Far East .We are
operating 3 Airbus A300 and 3 A310-300 and two TU-154 aircraft. Two more
Airbus (A300-B4) wide body equipment has been purchased and will be active by
end of first quarter 2002. |

Customer service in the air transport business is
the major factor in determining the success of carrier in this intensively
competitive market. Mahan Air has made a strong commitment to excellence in passenger
service, convenient schedules, on time operations and above all quality
service are all targeted to provide complete customer care program.
However, it is our intention to remain very clearly
focused on the personal relationship we have with our passenger. As we have
grown from small beginnings, we appreciate that treating our passenger as
individuals is what sets us apart from some of the bigger airlines. This
personal friendly approach is an important aspect of Mahan Air service and
one that we aim to maintain and develop, as we grow. |
