Death Valley Desert Strip

Introduction:
Death Valley Desert Strip was constructed as a location to test the Formula 1 Reno Racer ARX-6 Roadrunner at low altitudes. This place even sports the world's lowest Formula 1 race course! But now that the ARX-6 has been released, this facility has been converted to a desert retreat. It now sports a swimming pool, BBQ and eating area. It's still used occasionally as a test facility for other things and as a filming location.

...Oh yeah... Keep your eyes open out there, you never know what you might run across!

The Race Course
The race course follows specifications of a standard 3mile race course layout set forth by the
International Formula One Air Racing group and is located to the south of the airfield.

The track's starting line can be identified by the time tower at the north side of the track.

The pylons are simple, and made for maximum visibility. Each pylon also has a red beacon on it.
