AIRBUS A380 LANDING with a BOEING 747 WATCHING – A380 + B747 MEETUP (4K)This Boeing 747 of Air China got diverted from Frankfurt a few minutes before another diversion, an Airbus A380 of Emirates was on approach at Düsseldorf AIrport. Boeing 747`s are an extremly rare sight at DUS and we can be happy if we see 2 B747` s per year. Caro isn`t a big thing at Düsseldorf and that`s why I almost have to drive to Maastricht, Liege or Cologne if I`d like to see a Jumbo Jet.

Last week a drone caused lots of trouble at Frankfurt Airport and that` s why they had to close the airport for almost 90 minutes. Lots of aircrafts had to divert to other airports and Düsseldorf received an Emirates A380 and an Air China B747-400F. Due to the normal daily EK A380 service we had two A380` s at DUS that day which landed about 20 minutes apart.
