iAero Airways and Delta NHL Charter Flights (9 Teams) Arriving | Toronto Pearson Int’lHockey is just around the corner! The NHL is returning to finish off the 2019-2020 NHL Season and we are jumping right into the Stanley Cup Playoffs. To minimize the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19)- games will be played in two cities with twelve teams each so that the teams don’t have to travel at all. West coast teams will be played in Edmonton and East Coast teams in Toronto.

Since we are in Toronto; the city saw the arrival of eleven teams on Sunday, minus one which are the Toronto Maple Leafs whom are already here. I’ve personally never seen the North Lounge so busier as Sunday as the teams arrived, the aircraft was ground handled and departed all within half an hour at times. Regarding aircraft we had an Air Canada Jetz Airbus A320-200 arrive with the Montreal Canadiens, three Delta Boeing 757-200’s who brought the Philadelphia Flyers, New York Rangers and Washington Capitals and seven iAero Airways Boeing 737-400’s who brought the Florida Panthers, Columbus Blue Jackets, New York Islanders, Pittsburgh Penguins, Boston Bruins, Carolina Hurricanes and Tampa Bay Lightning.

I should also note that due to unforeseen circumstances I wasn’t able to film the arrival of the Montreal Canadiens nor the Philadelphia Flyers however the rest of the teams are all there. Enjoy the video everyone and good luck to all the teams! 🙂
