30 BIG PLANE LANDINGS – AIRBUS A380, A330, BOEING 777 … 30 big plane landings at my home airport – Düsseldorf. Currently the traffic at DUS is pathetic. Almost no heavies anymore and just a few Boeing 767` s operate a few cargo charter flights between Asia and DUS. That` s why I would like to return to the best aviation year DUS has ever seen – 2018. Lots of long haul destinations even with some exotic airlines like Azur Air Germany and Air Seychelles. Those times won` t come back anytime soon. Eurowings just canceled almost all long haul flights out of DUS and the TUI long haul inauguration just got delayed by one year.

For the time being I can only enjoy these classic videos. The Airbus A380 of Emirates will come back twice daily as of 1st october 2020. They will already be back in september but just with 1 daily A380.
