E-8C Joint STARS Ground HandlingU.S. Air Force aircraft maintainers and aircrew members from the 116th Air Control Wing (ACW), Georgia Air National Guard, and active duty 461st ACW, prepare to launch an E-8C Joint STARS on a rainy day at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, Feb. 20, 2020. Team JSTARS is the only organization flying the E-8C Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System providing manned airborne battle management, command and control, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance data to combatant commanders around the world.
