BOEING 747 LANDING + DEPARTURE – B747 CLOUD BREAKING after Takeoff

BOEING 747 LANDING + DEPARTURE – B747 CLOUD BREAKING after Takeoff Last tuesday I finally filmed the beautiful Boeing 747 of Western Global Airlines. Western Globals is mainly known for its hugh fleet of MD11` s but they also operate two Boeing 747` s and it took me more than two years to finally film one of them. In this video it can be seen operating a charter flight from Tulsa to Liege where it just landed for more fuel. After the takeoff of the Western Global Boeing 747 you can see it gliding through a thin layer of clouds and the power of the engines and the wing vortices caused this lovely cloud effect. It` s only the second time I filmed it, I rarely see this cause you have to follow the plane a long time after its departure and usually this effect doesn“t occur anyway.

While I was waiting for the departure of the WGN B747 which reminds me of the classic Kitty Hawk livery btw I filmed two other Boeing 747s. The first one was Astral which landed five minutes before the Kalitta Air B747-400. Great timing cause I was able to connect the clips. Sometimes you have no movements at Liege for more than 5 hours so it` s quite rare to see something like this at that airport.

Thanks for watching, new videos every tuesday and friday.
