Requested a few hundred times and here it is. Boeing 737 vs. Airbus 320, that battle of the narrowbodys. That` s the definition of competition if you think about rivalry in the aviation branch.

The first Boeing 737 was delivered to Lufthansa in 1968 and today, almost 50 years later it is still in production. Right now 1150 Boeing 737 are still active and there are still several “classic” Boeing 737-200 still flying in South America and Canada.

The first Airbus 320 flew in 1987 and the first customer was Air France. As of February 2017 a total of 7100 Airbus 320 have been delivered which is an incredible number!

Right now both companies, Boeing and Airbus, are still developing the A320 and B737. The Boeing 737-Max will be delivered soon and there are already multiple A320Neo`s flying around.
