Transavia 737-700 Low Landing & Extreme Jetblast on Takeoff – Skiathos, the Second St MaartenJJust another landing at Skiathos Airport, Europe’s St Maarten, this time featuring a Transavia Airlines Boeing 737-7K2. Enjoy the aircraft as it approaches runway 02 during an unusual but beautiful cloudy day at the island and passes a few feet over your head, touching down on the runway right in front of you. Then buckle up for a powerful takeoff, as the aircraft approaches the spotters, lines up, with the pilot waving to the plane spotters, then sets full thrust for a shortfield takeoff, blowing people with its powerful jetblast and making them run! A particularly funny moment for me. Enjoy!
