Small Planet Airbus runs off taxiwayAfter an ungainly crosswind landing at Birmingham Airport on Sunday 21st February 2016, this A320 from Paderborn ran off the taxiway, getting stuck on the grass. This led to emergency service call out and difficulties with the general airfield operations as landing planes had to backtrack down the runway to reach the terminals.

I don’t know at the moment why the plane ended up like this – I don’t believe any details have been released officially yet.
