Toronto Pearson Int’l Spotting December 19 and 21, 2014IN THIS VIDEO: Hello everyone! Welcome to spotting on Friday, December 19, 2014. This day I went spotting with CYUL Planespotter for the first time. Had to say it was a great day! Some highlights came right off the bat; A Private Boeing 737-BBJ from SAS Institute, China Eastern Airbus A340 “White Colours”, one of the last time it visited Toronto before it got retired. A Super RARE Cathay Pacific Cargo Boeing 747-8F Departure followed. Because they were late, the crew did a layover I guess, and departed around 3:50pm EDT. Unfortunately, it was either this or the Airbus A380-800 from Emirates, so CYUL chose the Boeing 747-8 since he had never seen it before. After that, we got an amazing cold start and an amazing Boeing 747-8F departure from CPA Cargo from the North Lounge, nearly blocked by British Airways.. Thanks also goes out to the Jay Spot for coming with us. Following on in amazing sunset light catches we got KLM Boeing 747-400 “95th Year Anniversary” livery and many more. We even caught the KLM departure off of RWY 05 that night too from RWY 23.
Spotting on Sunday, December 21, 2014 turned out good. The shortest day of the year too. Was able to catch some good aircraft including Air Canada’s latest Boeing 777-300ER, C-FNNW, which was already delivered a while ago however I never saw it, KLM Boeing 747-400 “95th Anniversary” livery again, a Rare Delta Air Lines Airbus A319-100 charter for NHL, and an Air France Airbus A340-300 bumpy landing to conclude it.
Thanks everyone and Enjoy the video!!
