Toronto Pearson Int’l Spotting August 31 and September 7, 2014IN THIS VIDEO: Hello everyone! Welcome to spotting on Sunday, August 31 and Sunday, September 9. First off, Sunday, August 31 videos are taken right after we went to RWY 24R to view the Canadian International Air Show (CIAS) landings. The aircraft in that portion in means of highlights are the Air France Boeing 747-400 making it’s final visit to Toronto for the Summer 2014 ops, which was replaced by the Boeing 777-200ER next day. And also the Arkefly Boeing 767-300ER/W which also came in on a rare RWY 23 landing, since they usually land on RWY 24R on Sunday’s so we were fortunate.
Spotting on Sunday, September 7 was also good. Very nice conditions to add as well. I wasn’t planning to go spotting on this day but my friends were going and they persuaded me to tag along. Why not. Highlights in this portion include China Eastern Airlines Shanghai Expo 2010 Airbus A340-600, United Airlines Airbus A319-100, Star Alliance Air Canada Airbus A330-300, UPS Cargo Airbus A300-600F, Sata International White Airbus A310-300, Trans-Canada Airlines Airbus A319-100 and the 2 FedEx’s, the McDonnell Douglas MD-11F and the McDonnell Douglas MD-10F respectively. Later on I caught the relief flight for Air India coming from New York to pick up the passengers from the Chicago to Delhi flight that made an emergency landing here, but that video is already uploaded earlier, so not going to bother posting.
