FSX – Sochi International Airport

FSX – Sochi International Airport (URSS), Russia. Sochi International Airport is an airport located in Adler District of the resort city of Sochi, on the coast of the Black Sea in the federal subject of Krasnodar Krai, Russia. As of 2010, the airport is the eighth busiest airport in Russia, serving 1.9 million passengers. The airport serves Sochi, Russia’s largest resort, as well as the surrounding area, which has a total permanent population of more than 700,000 people. In February 2014 it will serve as the primary airport for Olympic athletes participating in the Winter Games. Using ADEx 1.55, aeronautical maps and Google Earth the default AFCAD has been completely reworked to reflect today’s situation. By Menno C. Robert.
