FSX – St Helena Airport

FSX – St Helena Airport (FHSH). Napoleon International or Wirebird International? The “Saints”, inhabitants of St Helena Island in South Atlantic, will have to decide when their newly built airport, started in 2012, will be ready by 2015 (bicentennial of Bonaparte’s arrival) or 2016. The airport, mostly build for EVASAN and Tourism is still a “work in progress” but all air facilities are working: ILS, ATIS, VOR/DME, NBD, VHF. Take the time to visit the island: Jamestown harbour, sea front and Napoleon house in Longwood; people are nice and friendly on the island! By Dominique M. L. Donzelot.
