Arctic Challenge Exercise (ACE) 2013 in Norway. Aircraft included RAF Lakenheath’s F-15Cs and Strike Eagles, the Norweigan F-16 Falcon, Sweden’s JAS-39 Gripen, and the Finnish F-18 Hornet. ACE 2013 was a large-force training exercise between the US and its NATO allies that worked on improving joint and combined air operations and building upon an already strong military-to-military partnership for all nations involved.
