Fix for Flying America

If you receive an error message when a Flying America Mission is loaded, that is caused by a missing file.

You can now download a patch with the correct xlm script from here:

https://www.fs2000.org/america.zip

Then unzip the content in your Fsx/Categories folder and replace the existing one.
