U.S. A320 Family final assembly line: groundbreaking event

Construction of Airbus’ U.S. A320 Family final assembly line has officially began on the 8th of April 2013 with a groundbreaking ceremony held at this production facility’s future site in Mobile, Alabama : Mobile Brookley Aeroplex.

The special event was attended by executives from Airbus and its parent company EADS, along with dignitaries from city, county and state governments, as well as Airbus suppliers and customers.
