Estonian Air to meet with more than 65 airlines and airports in Routes Europe 2012 event

  Estonian Air, an official carrier of Routes Europe 2012, participates in the region’s annual route development forum in Tallinn in order to improve its network in Europe. 



“Routes Europe event brings to Tallinn hundreds of people from other airlines and the aim of Estonian Air is to negotiate possible cooperation in developing our network in Europe,” said Tero Taskila, the CEO of Estonian Air. 




“Tallinn Airport has been the fastest growing airport in Europe, mainly driven by Estonian Air. It is important that Tallinn gets an opportunity to show why it is so popular destination recently, “ added Taskila. 



Today at 19.00 a special mini song festival will take place in Tallinn Song Festival Grounds where a choir comprising of 2000 volunteer singers will perform to more than 800 representatives of different airlines. 



Tomorrow at 14.00 Tero Taskila, the CEO of Estonian Air and Erik Sakkov, the Board Member of Tallinn Airport will give a press briefing at the Radisson Blu Hotel Olümpia where Routes Europe 2012 takes place. 



The 7th Routes Europe is the region’s annual route development forum held in Tallinn on 20-22 May 2012. With more than 3,000 route development meetings taking place at the event, Routes Europe offers an unrivalled platform for airlines and airports to do business face to face with the key decision makers in the industry.
