The largest carrier in Boston will fly three times daily to Dallas/Fort Worth with year round service. Tickets will go on sale on Tuesday, December 13, 2011.

“We’re excited to bring our Boston customers what they’ve been asking for – more options for their business and leisure travel to Dallas/Fort Worth,” said JetBlue’s Vice President Sales and Revenue Management Dennis Corrigan. “Our three daily nonstop flights are scheduled at optimal times to maximize convenience, and with the recent addition of new gates and ticket counter space at Logan, customers flying in and out of Boston will experience easier travel than ever before.”

“Landing JetBlue at DFW is tremendous news for our Airport and for the passengers we serve,” said CEO of DFW International Airport Jeff Fegan. “We are very pleased to welcome an innovative and respected carrier such as JetBlue, and we are confident DFW travelers will enjoy the great service, flight options and low fares that JetBlue provides.”

“With JetBlue entering the Dallas/Fort Worth market, another important destination from Boston will be served by a low cost carrier,” said Ed Freni, Director of Aviation for Massport, which owns and operates Boston Logan. “Competition lowers fares which benefits passengers and the region. We support JetBlue on its continued growth as Boston’s largest airline.”
