FS2004 Ugly Stick
FS2004 Ugly Stick, small, cheap, tough. This is a first attempt to distribute a form of application that people may able to build these designs with. This particular aircraft is a simple, rugged, fun, training, aircraft, with just a few detractors that can show how other (similar design) aircraft will behave (but this one has a 40 mph stall speed). The other important feature about this design is the crash protection built into the framework. One other feature to advertise / explore here, is the “laptop cockpit” indicated in the default view. Compare this concept to $20,000 of heavier, bulkier equipment it replaces for about $2,000. The placement of the engine small wing makes this a real “pitch b*tch”, but it can be trimmed out for level flight (if a bit pitched up). By Kevin Espeseth. 13 Mb
