Originally designed in 1935 to replace the Tiger Moth as an RAF trainer, the Hornet Moth found many loving homes throughout the world as a two seater tourer. In pristine condition, the Hornet Moth, G-ADNE “Ariadne” depicted here, is in the custody of the Felix family in England, and flies today, together with many other examples of this magnificent aircraft.
