FS2004 Scenery–Puunene Maui International Airport. Highly detailed scenery for Puunene Airport on Maui, Hawaii (HI). Puunene was Maui’s main airport until replaced by Kahului (OGG / PHOG) in 1952. This scenery recreates Puunene as if it had never been replaced. Using aerial photos the field has been fully restored, and then upgraded to modern standards, including longer runways, an international terminal with jetways, GA terminal, maintenance, FBO, helipads, palm trees, parking lots and more. A complex road network has been added, and hundreds of auto parking spaces have been painted. All runways active using STAR method. Active ILS approach written for runway 32 for difficult terrain, and a voicepack modification for “Puunene” is included as well.
