FS2004 Scenery–Italian Carrier Operations. ICO is an add-on scenery that inserts a Nimitz class carrier near Naples Gulf, Sardegna and Adriatic sea. The carriers are escorted by a Ticonderoga class cruiser with a landable helipad.
