FS2002 Taxispeed Gauge. An XML gauge that helps you to control the groundspeed of your aircraft while taxiing. The gauge can be added to any panel. However, simple installation and full functionality requires that you have the Pushback gauge already installed (RCBPB-20.ZIP).
