The team at VFR Extreeme is proud to release our second scenery, Saint Kitts X. Saint Kitts X is not only an eye catching terrain scenery, it includes a replica real world custom airport. Saint Kitts is a carribean volcanic island located just 49NM south of Saint Maarten. The islands are of volcanic origin, with large central peaks covered in tropical rainforest; the steeper slopes leading to these peaks are mostly uninhabited. The majority of the population on both islands lives closer to the sea where the terrain flattens out. There are numerous rivers descending from the mountains of both islands, which provide fresh water to the local population. The geography and beauty of Saint Kitts make it ideal for an “Extreeme” scenery.

The Bretagne VFR covers the French Britany region (about 31 000 km sqr.) with photorealistic textures. Each of the default airport plateforms on the scenery have been reworked in order to closely fit the phototexture with precisely aligned taxiways, buildings and objects, greatly enhancing them from those of the standard Flight Simulator 2004 fare. Many 3D objects and VFR landmarks are provided to experiment VFR flying, and a customized autogen coverage (houses, buildings and vegetation) is provided all around the coast and on the largest airports (about 50% of the scenery is covered with autogen). Therefore, the virtual pilot can experience both VFR and IFR flights within a very large zone at a degree of realism never attained before in this region.

Enjoy the beauty of the French Polynesian Islands in Flight Simulator X. Tahiti X includes almost the complete archipelago covering 14 islands and 9 airports with a detailed mesh and many animations. Of course this product should have been named French Polynesia X, but Tahiti X just sounds a lot better. But almost the complete archipelago is included covering a massive two and a half million kilometers. Distances between the islands are massive so you need an aircraft that has a reasonable cruise speed and twins are highly recommended. Of course a twin that can land on water is ideal. For example the Twin Otter we done (it even comes with a correct livery) or the default Grumman Goose. An ideal destination for a dark evening!

Helgoland X is our most exiting FSX scenery at this moment, unprecedented in detail and its use of the new FSX features it is a totally state of the art scenery product. And unlike many expected, frame rates are stable and high, making this a must have addition to your FSX collection. This scenery was started to fully explore the new options of FSX and with the task create the most realistic small scenery possible. A lot of experimenting was done to find the best way to use the options of FSX and although compromises had to be accepted the resulting scenery is the most detailed we have ever released.
