Scenery FilesDate added FSX - Husum Air Base (EDXJ). Husum AB is located in northern Germany near the town of Husum/Schleswig-Holstein not far from the Danish border and at the coast of the North Sea. It was used as an airfield during WWII. In 1947 the British Air Force of Occupation built it up to a full functional airbase but never used it. In 1959 the German Air Force took over the base and the Jabog 35 (FBW 35) was the first GAF Wing in Schweswig-Holstein. Later it became LeKg 41 and then JaboG 41. First equipped with FIAT G-91/R3 the wing converted to Alphajets in 1973. In 1993 the wing was disbanded and the airbase was closed. This scenery is done with ADE X 1.50 and objects from stock. It has lots of parking spots and you can taxi everywhere as it was in real. The scenery has not been tested with any add-on. By Uwe Steenweg. 100 Kb  FS2004 - Radar AB(ESFR), Sweden. Eggebek AB is located in northern Germany near the cities of Tarp and Schleswig/Schleswig-Holstein in the middle between the Baltic Sea and the North Sea. In 1959 the Airbase was newly built for the German Airforce. The Aufklarungsgeschwader 52 (Recce Wing 52) was the first GAF Wing base here. 1964 the AG 52 (RW 52) moved to Leck AB and this base became a Naval Air Base. The Marinefliegergeschwader 2 (Naval Air Wing 2) was based here until 2005 when it was disbanded and the base was closed. The Marinefliegergeschwader flew the F-104G and the Tornado. By Uwe Steenweg. 60 Kb  FSX - San Isidro Air Base MDSI Vol. 1. The San Isidro Air Base or San Isidro Air Base became operational on March 23, 1953 and is located 25 miles east of Santo Domingo. Air Force Base was named Trujillo until 1961, when the name was changed to San Isidro. Most of the units, aircraft and helicopters of the Dominican Air Force have their headquarters there. The add-on will correct the aprons and add taxiways and objects, and the background will look like in reality. By Henrik Worrmann. 1 MB  FS2004 - 1960 Chicago O'Hare Airport, Illinois (IL). This is an enthusiast reproduction of Chicago O'Hare circa 1960 for those who love flying both CalClassic Propliners and Historic Jetliners. This scenery features the now demolished original control tower terminals as well as the Welcome to O'Hare airport sign listing Mayor Richard J. Daley. One of the most remarkable features of this scenery is that it also brings back the city of Chicago to 1960. You will notice that both Willis Tower and John Hancock buildings are not there as neither was built back then. Chicago Soldier Field has also been remodeled to its 1960 former glory. Designed by Julio Birman 20,5 MB  FS2004 - Aasiaat BGAA Greenland. Qikiqtarjuaq, on the east coast of Baffin Island, is the jumping off airfield for ferry flights for small planes from Canada to Europe via Greenland. Aasiaat is the airfield in Greenland that they jump to, 300 miles across the Davis Strait; the name in Danish is Egedesminde. The airfield is on the northern coast of Aasiaat Island, one of a series in the Aasiaat Archipelago. The runway is 2, 600 feet of asphalt almost 100 feet wide and lighted, aligned 12/30, with the apron and terminal building at the western end. Air Greenland run regular flights with a Dash-8 or Twin Otters, and the markings for the taxiway and parking spot in front of the terminal are exactly as they were six years ago. Unfortunately, given the limitations of FS and the single runway and simple taxiway routing there was no way to replicate both the parking facing away from the terminal AND the "through" taxiing to complete the circle back to the runway; after parking correctly the AI Air Greenland plane will reverse before heading out to take off. This is Pease AFB as it was in the late 1970s when it was the 509th Strategic Air Command base. Aircraft stationed at Pease AFB were the FB-111A mach 2+ swing-wing bombers, KC-135 refueling tankers and the T-37 trainers. Included in this scenery package are: parking spots for military combat and cargo aircraft; ground support equipment and vehicles; AI FB-111A, KC-135, and T-37 aircraft and flight plans; AI FB-111A's that ATC addresses by tail number; custom textures and nose art for each AI FB-111A; custom created static FB-111A and KC-135 aircraft; custom buildings included hangars, control tower and alert bunker; hangars and tower have night lighting and static aircraft with night textures; alert area with shelters and static FB-111A with SRAMs and KC-135 aircraft; custom signs and flags; individual add-on transient aircraft and flight plan packages to save frame rates; AI fighter aircraft have afterburners; pole mounted lights illuminate flightline. Leck AB is located in northern Germany near the town of Leck/Schleswig-Holstein and not far from the Danish border at the coast of the North Sea. It was used as an airfield during WWII. In 1964 there was a new built airbase at this place awaiting the F-86s of the Jagdgeschwader 72 "Richthofen" (FW 72 "R") coming from Oldenburg AB. In 1964 the JG 72 "R" was relocated to Wittmund AB and became JG 71 "R". Leck AB became a recce airbase and the wing newly based was AG 52 (Reccs Wing 52). First equipped with RF-104G the wing converted to RF-4E Phantom II in 1973. In 1993 the wing was disbanded, the RF-4E aircraft went to Turkey and Greece and the base was closed. This scenery is done with ADE X 1.50 and objects from stock. It has lots of parking spots and you can taxi everywhere as it was in real. The scenery has not been tested with any add-on.
