Messier-Bugatti-Dowty appoints Vincent Caro Executive Vice President, Programs, Landing Gear and Systems Integration Division

aviation_newsMessier-Bugatti-Dowty (Safran) has appointed Vincent Caro as Executive Vice President, Programs, for the Landing Gear and Systems Integration Division. He will also be in charge of program coordination across the various divisions. Vincent Caro replaces Hélène Moreau-Leroy, who has taken over new responsibilities within the Group.

Vincent Caro, 43, is a graduate of France’s ESTACA engineering school and holds a Master’s degree from ESSEC business school and an Executive MBA from HEC. He began his career as an organizational consultant before joining Labinal (Safran) in 1996 where he occupied various purchasing functions within the automotive field. He was appointed Vice President, Purchasing of Labinal in 2001, then General Manager of the Matis Aerospace joint-venture (Boeing-Labinal-Royal Air Maroc) in 2005 before joining Snecma (Safran) as Vice President, Purchasing in 2008
